2007 Michigan Renaissance Festival
It is that time of year. Time to teleport back to the 16th century with a short drive to Holly, Michigan. The Renaissance Festival is being held every weekend through the end of September. Grab a turkey leg, a tall glass of ale and enjoy the shows.The Michigan Renaissance Festival is located on Dixie Highway between Pontiac and Flint, not far from the Grand Blanc exit 106 off of I-75. Parking is FREE!
Ticket prices: $17.95 for adults, $8.95 for children 5-12 and you can bring children ages 4 and younger in for FREE! Discount tickets are available at Kroger's, Wendy's and ClicknPrint (we used to get ours at VG's and we're not sure why they may not be offering this service any longer. And of course, the Wendy's in Fenton closed down the beginning of this year).

The festival is bustling with activity all throughout the 15-acre village. 195 merchants can be found selling authentic renaissance period merchandise. Feel free to dress up in period clothing yourself as audience participation is encouraged.
